The PTU-AB Camera Mount is designed to make mounting and aiming your Cognex Checker, DVT 500 or the Cognex 5000 series camera as easy as possible. It comes with all fasteners required to attach the sensor to the mount.

Separate fasteners allow independent adjustment of the pan and tilt axis. There is plenty of material in the mount to allow each axis to be pinned in position once correct aim has been established. Additionally, the tilt axis is surfaced with a carbide grit that keys into the opposing surface, substantially increasing the stiffness of the joint.

The PTU-AB mount can be assembled in several different ways depending upon your mounting situation.

Tilt axis swings throughout 200 degrees of arc.
Foot and Camera arm are 304 stainless steel.
All fasteners are stainless steel.
Fasteners to mount the camera are included.
