APG Vision will be at the Automate.com "Here for the Trailblazers" trade show, Booth 148, in Detroit Michigan from June 6 - 9, 2022.
Dear Sales Partner,

This letter is to inform you of a material discontinuation and packaging change from Allison Park Group, Inc. (APG).

Material discontinuation.

APG received the following notice from its vendor. The raw material supplier has informed us that it will stop producing polyamide. This immediate material discontinuation on part of the supplier is forcing APG to put in place a material change. From September 1st, 2020 we will gradually implement the product changeover for polyamide cable glands to polycarbonate cable glands.

The material changeover has the following advantages for users:
–Highest flammability class V0
–UV and weathering resistance with f1 listing according to UL 746C
–Resistance to isopropanol and 20% chlorinated water
The temperature resistance remains unchanged at –20 °C to 100 °C.

Packaging change.

We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new and improved packaging solution for fasteners included with our pan and tilt mounts. APG is discontinuing the use of self-seal bubble packaging due to continuing quality issues. From August 15th, 2020 we will gradually implement the product changeover for self-seal bubble packaging to zip lock packaging.

Best Regards,

Matt Bilenski
